大赛背景|Background

产业初步成熟

Gartner根据产业完善度和VR技术满足度给出观点:/p>

•2017年VR进入稳步爬升的复苏期,2018年重迎增长

参赛队伍需围绕三项公共事业建设的方向,以物联网技术为主要创新技术手段,契合大赛主题,选择一个赛题完成一项创新应用的解决方案。

VR产业链趋于完整:

经历了多年发展,VR产业链已经完善,用户及产品稳步增加;

全球VR产业良性发展:

由于VR大规模发展的关键瓶颈在于运营商的网络条件要求非常高,而下一代通信技术5G网络可以非常好的支持VR业务发展。因此韩国、日本、美国的运营商已经提前起步大力投入VR产业的经营:

中国VRAR产业初具规模:

产业链上,中国已经具备:

1)云渲染平台;——IT资源类平台;(移动云资源、阿里云、七牛云、视博云)

2)应用分发平台;——内容聚合类平台/用户触点类平台;(移动融合视频平台、爱奇艺、咪咕、百视通、微鲸、3D播播)

3)VR开发者平台:——unity, unreal, engine cry

4)硬件平台:——爱奇艺VR、微软、谷歌、大朋、亮风台、三星、华为、暴风、塔普

5)应用开发者:兰亭技术、数字王国、曼恒……


VR技术、网络技术、平台技术均已发展到新高度,产业环境全面商业化条件已经成熟,但目前内容产业遇到瓶颈,用户缺少优质体验内容。

Benign development of global VR industry:

Because the key bottleneck of VR's large-scale development is that the network conditions of operators are very high, and the next generation communication technology 5G network can very well support the development of VR business. Therefore, operators in South Korea, Japan and the United States have started early to invest in VR industry.

China's VRAR industry is beginning to take shape.

On the industrial chain, China already has:

1) Cloud Rendering Platform; - IT Resource Platform;(Mobile Cloud Resources, Aliyun, Qiniuyun, Shiboyun)

2) Application Distribution Platform; - Content Aggregation Platform / User Contact Platform; (Mobile Fusion Video Platform, iQIYI, MIGU, BestTV、WHALEY, 3Dbobo

3) VR Developer Platform: Unity, Unreal, EngineCry

4) Hardware Platform: iQIYI VR, Microsoft, Google, Dapeng, Liangfeng, Samsung, Huawei, Storm, Tap

5) application developers: Lanting Pavilion technology, digital Kingdom, Mann Heng...


VR technology, network technology and platform technology have all developed to a new height, and the conditions for comprehensive commercialization of the industrial environment have matured. However, the content industry has encountered bottlenecks and users lack high-quality experience content.

赛事安排|Agenda

XR-Fight长三角虚拟现实内容产业大赛将于2018年12月-2019年6月举办,大赛由组织委员会秘书处负责组织安排实施。

1、大赛启动:2018年12月12日;

2、项目征集动员: 2018年12月12日-2019年6月30日;

上海、杭州、南京等地召开VRAR内容制作大讲堂。

3、网上初审:2019年7月1日-7月31日(预计150支队伍);

4、IDC云端测试: 2019年8月1日-9月30日(通过初审方能测试);

5、复赛:2019年10月(决出前30强);

6、决赛:2019年10月(决出一等奖4名、二等奖8名、三等奖12名及最佳体验奖、最佳人气奖及最佳技术奖各1名)。

7、大赛成果展示:2019世界VR产业大会或2019全球物联网峰会;

8、大赛商业落地设计。

The competition is organized and implemented by the Secretariat of the organizing committee.

1. Competition starts: December 12, 2018;

2. Mobilization of project collection: December 12, 2018 -2019 June 30th;VRAR content production halls were held in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing.

3. Online trial: July 1, 2019 -7 31 days (estimated 150 teams);

4. IDC cloud test: August 1, 2019 -9 30 days (through the first trial to test);

5. Rematch: October 2019 (top 30 winners);

6. Final: October 2019 (4 first prize, 8 second prize, 12 third prize and 1 best experience prize, 1 best popularity prize and 1 best technology prize each).

7. Competition results show: 2019 world VR industry conference or 2019 global Internet of things summit.

8. Commercial landing design.

赛期培训|Training

大赛期间,各组委会单位将在长三角地区及中国主要内容生产聚集地开设VRAR内容制作大课堂,进行大赛规则讲解及动员、千兆网虚拟现实商业生态及技术对接、Cloud VR,5G场景下云端解决方案及对接实操、以及基于硬件的云-网-端方案设计等相关产业培训及对接活动,为行业发展培训紧缺人才。

第一批大讲堂城市为:上海、杭州、南京等地。由当地行业组织承办,包括产业趋势分享,成功案例、赞助商培训及大赛动员环节,赛期培训获证人才进入上海市物联网高技能培养基地及交大全球文创平台人才库。

During the contest, the organizing committee units will set up VRAR content production classes in the Yangtze River Delta region and the main content production gathering areas in China to explain and mobilize the rules of the contest, Gigabit virtual reality business ecology and technology docking, Cloud VR, cloud-based solutions and docking practices under 5G scenarios, and hardware-based cloud-network- End project design and other related industry training and docking activities, training talents for the industry development.

The first batch of lecture hall cities are Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing and other places. It is organized by local industry organizations, including industry trend sharing, successful cases, sponsorship training and competition mobilization links. Only in the period of training, can the witnesses enter Shanghai Internet of Things High Skills Training Base and Jiaotong University Global Literature Creation Platform Talent Bank.

评审规则|Review rules

评审原则以商业化和产业化为重要维度和准则,依托华为VR-OpenLab生态体系,在参赛运营商IDC资源搭建测试环境,综合考察ICE(趣味性、体验感、成本),网络方面重点考核时延容忍度,带宽利用率,清晰度等技术指标,体验方面以各赞助商的端产品导入测试,与技术指标加权打分,同时考察商业模式及市场产业化前景,财务及风险分析,公司团队及可持续运营能力。

Commercialization and industrialization are the important dimensions and criteria of the evaluation principle. Relying on Huawei VR-OpenLab ecological system, we build a test environment for IDC resources of participating operators, comprehensively investigate ICE (interesting, experiential, cost), network aspects and focus on technical indicators such as delay tolerance, bandwidth utilization, clarity, etc. On the other hand, we test each sponsor's end-product introduction, weighted with technical indicators, and inspect business model and market industrialization prospects, financial and risk analysis, company team and sustainable operation capability.
